Fahad Alrefaei holds a PhD from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. He is the co-founder of Alrefaei & Aldahash (Legal Consulting-Arbitration-Notarization), a law firm based in Riyadh, which has won many cases in finance, banking and commercial law in Saudi Arabia. His foremost objective is for the firm to be proactive in its specialization in Shariah, legal consultation, arbitration, and notarization.
Dr Alrefaei’s area of expertise is commercial arbitration. He is Deputy Secretary General of the Arab Union for International Commercial Arbitration and has represented major Saudi Arabian insurance companies in arbitration proceedings in Rabat (Morocco).
